Choosing a Product:

1. Find the products you wish to order from the categories menu.
2. Choose the model and size product you wish to buy by clicking on the picture.
3. In the Qty box, enter the amount of items you wish to buy.
   

How to Order and Pay:

1. Click on the Add to Cart button on the product page.
2. Click on orange "My Cart" button (top right corner, with picture of a shopping trolley).
3. Click on the CHECKOUT button.
4. Select Register Account if you plan to re-order, or select Guest Checkout if it is a one off purchase.
5. Enter your Billing and Shipping details.
6. Shipping will be calculated according to your shipping address, click CONTINUE
7. Payment method is Secure Credit card. Tick the Terms and Conditions Box.
   
8. Check your Order Details. Click CONFIRM ORDER. (you will be transferred to the Windcave website to enter your Credit Card information. Note, we do not keep any of your credit card details)
9. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Dispatch:

1. Credit Card payments are received straight away and we try our best to dispatch orders the same day (if received by 2:00pm and are stock items)
2. Items are sent with Couriers Please. 
   
3. Extra Large items (eg: 900mm Domes), are sent with Allied Transport (no weekend deliveries).
